Updated - After our unit on Ancient Greece, Rome comes next. We have inherited much of our political philosophy from Rome as well as other cultural attributes. Rome did not invent large amounts of original thought but instead synthesized it in a very practical way. This practicality is perhaps her greatest enduring strength.
It is official, "Be Here Now" won the T-shirt
vote...but by only three votes. However, only 38 out of 140 voted. So there you have it. I will be taking T-shirt orders starting tomorrow. The cost will be $10.00.
